About me
My name is Len Lynx (they / them)
and I am a Somatic Intimacy Coach empowering people through individual sessions and workshops.
For over 10 years I have been actively involved with building non-hierarchical collectives, developing safer spaces and explored a wide variety of sex-positive communities.

In my work I use a broad palette of somatic practices coupled with intentional pauses to deepen embodiment and foster new insights by combining clean language questions, radical acceptance and expertise.
I am extremely passionate and continuously honoured to support people with disentangling shame, expanding pleasure, setting boundaries, transcending old patterns and expressing needs.
I am currently in a process of certification as a Somatic Intimacy Coach at Relational Harmony Institute - which specialises in educating people working with body and sexuality.

I am aware that somatic experiencing of intimacy is possible only in a container of trust and safety. All of my sessions and workshops are lead at a pace and scope adjusted to participants' needs, undergo regular supervision and follow codes of ethics:
